Custom Formulation Process
Needs Communication & Analysis
We conduct in-depth discussions on your brand positioning, target audience, efficacy goals (e.g., anti-aging, brightening), and product philosophy to jointly define the core direction and fundamental requirements.
Solution Design & Proposal
Based on your needs, our R&D team develops an initial proposal including the formula structure, active ingredient combinations, texture/fragrance suggestions and cost estimation, culminating in a bespoke Customization Proposal for your review.
Sample Formulation & Initial Review
According to the confirmed proposal, first batch samples are prepared in the laboratory for your sensory evaluation (texture, fragrance, appearance) and initial testing, ensuring the direction meets expectations.
Testing, Optimization & Finalization
Necessary stability, safety, and efficacy tests are conducted on the samples. The formula is then fine-tuned and optimized based on the test results and your feedback until the final version is approved.
Mass Production & Quality Control
With the formula and process locked, mass production commences. The entire process strictly adheres to our quality management system to ensure every batch is consistent with the approved sample and complies with all relevant regulatory standards.
Documentation & Ongoing Support
Complete product technical documents (including full ingredient list, specifications, etc.) and production reports are delivered. We provide continuous support for future product upgrades or line extensions based on market feedback.
